- Information you provide — such as a student’s name, school, grade, division, team details, and a parent’s or contact person’s name, email, phone number or WeChat/WhatsApp ID, when you register a team, book coaching or a trial class, or contact us.
- Information collected automatically — such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed and referring links, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use your information
- To process competition registration and team formation;
- To provide coaching, trial classes and related services;
- To respond to your enquiries and send competition-related updates;
- To operate, maintain and improve this website;
- To comply with applicable laws and official competition requirements.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it only:
- with the competition organizer and organizing committee (including the Council for Economic Education and the CNEC Organizing Committee) as needed to register teams and process results;
- with service providers that help us operate the site and communicate with you, under confidentiality obligations;
- where required by law, regulation or valid legal process.
